Revenue of UR Solutions, Inc. (URSI) increased 68% from Php 6.5 million in 2008 to Php 10.9 million in 2009. The increase in revenue was attributed to increase in sales of Hardware and Software subscriptions which offset decreased revenue from Services Rendered.

Cost of services and sales increased 83% from Php 5.4 million in 2008 to Php 9.9 million due to increase in cost of sales. Resulting gross profit decreased from Php 1.06 million in 2008 to Php 1.03 million in 2009.

Operating Expenses increased from Php 4.5 million in 2008 to Php 7.3 million in 2009 due to increased personnel costs, depreciation and amortization, and taxes and business licenses costs. Resulting profitability decreased from a net loss of Php 3.4 million in 2008 to a net loss of Php 6.3 million in 2009. Paxys owns 64% of URSI.
