Training We can provide a variety of customized courses and training programs to enhance the skills of IT staff depending on their needs. We constantly upgrade our own knowledge base too and currently, we have Red Hat Certified Engineer (RHCE), Linux Professional Institute level 1 (LPICÑ1) and CompTIA Security+ certifications among our instructors, aside from their extensive field experience. URSI is a Red Hat Advanced Business Partner.

Support We also have experienced field and network engineers that can respond to your existing IT infrastructure needs anytime, anywhere. Our support arrangements are very flexibleÑ from reasonable per call rates to monthly or even yearly support agreements for hardware, software and services.
